“Very welcoming, helpful information and nothing was a problem.”

Angela Knox

As a trusted and reliable care provider to the Invercargill community for many decades, our staff, some of whom have been with us for over 20 years, embody our unwavering commitment to care. We are a vibrant community, celebrating each resident’s unique stories, experiences, and spirit.

At Rose Lodge, we offer a comprehensive range of care services, including rest home and hospital-level care. Our residents benefit from round-the-clock compassionate care.

We offer a varied and entertaining activities schedule that considers the interests and needs of all our residents and aims for maximum interest and fun. We also serve mouth-watering, home-cooked food every day.

While surroundings matter, our focus is on people. We aim not to be the largest provider, but the one that fulfills its promise to care for those who call us home. We measure our success by the impact, joy, integrity, feedback, and quality of life we can provide to the people we are humbled to support in their twilight years.

Respite Care

For those considering respite care, this is an option at Rose Lodge based on availability. Please call our Facility Manager to discuss the options.

Our approach to care

At Alden, we believe that all our elders deserve compassionate, trusted and respectful care, no matter their means or background. Our nurses and caregivers offer personalised care backed by industry-leading qualifications and training.

Premium room charges

Premium room charges apply to rooms with enhanced features, a private ensuite, a more spacious room or a desirable location within the facility.
