After years spent teaching, in management positions and running my own recruitment company, I found myself in aged care.
My role here is more than a job; it’s a calling – aligning my values and purpose. Focusing on Rose Court allows me to build deeper relationships with residents and staff, giving the team a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
I have two adult sons, and a range of hobbies include tramping, coastal swimming, camping, Polo, horse riding, boating, and fishing. I love the outdoors; these activities offer the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

We have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Alden Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner. This nurtures and maintains a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.
A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Alden Rose Court. This facility offers a stunning rose garden, complete with an ornate fountain. Our kitchen team creates delicious food for our residents.
Respite Care

Premium room charges
Premium room charges apply to rooms with enhanced features, a private ensuite, a more spacious room or a desirable location within the facility. These charges cover the extra comfort provided, and are separate from the basic care and accommodation fees, which are typically covered by the government subsidy or the resident’s funding.
