Available levels of care
I joined Ultimate Care originally as a Diversional Therapist, later becoming Facility Manager at Aroha. My personal experience advocating for my brother, who became a Tetraplegic after a rugby injury, shaped my commitment to aged care. It highlighted the importance of supporting not just residents, but also their families.
Outside of work, I love gardening, exercising, and sharing quality time with my family. My husband and I also enjoy riding our Harley motorbikes together.
I’m passionate about creating meaningful lifestyles for those in our care and enjoy mentoring staff. As an Assessor for Careerforce, I find great satisfaction in guiding staff on their learning journey.
