Originally from sunny Nelson, I’ve been with Ultimate Care Group since 2010, starting as a Caregiver, then moving to Administrator, and now proud to be the Facility Manager at Allen Bryant.
With qualifications in Social Work, Aged Care, and Dementia, I’ve always been passionate about working with people. My experience as a Team Leader and Manager in the disability sector further fueled my love for elderly care, especially dementia.
I’m dedicated to ensuring our residents are happy, comfortable, and well cared for, and enjoy the close-knit community we have here. Outside of work, I love gardening and spending time with my grandkids.

With a spacious dining room, lounges and large sunny rooms, our home boasts an excellent chef who provides the very best in nutritional meals. Our care staff work closely with residents to create personal care plans and a tailored activity programme. The flower gardens have plenty of areas to sit and relax with friends and family, and we’re within walking distance of the local shops, cafes, and library.

Premium room charges
Premium room charges apply to rooms with enhanced features, a private ensuite, a more spacious room or a desirable location within the facility. These charges cover the extra comfort provided, and are separate from the basic care and accommodation fees, which are typically covered by the government subsidy or the resident’s funding.
